Judith Regan's New Story Is That Roger Ailes Did Not Tell Her To Lie
Now that there's a rumor going around that FOX boss Roger Ailes is going to be indicted for telling underling Judith Regan to lie to federal investigators, it makes sense to take a closer look at what News Corp. has said about the matter.

When the New York Times broke the story last week that Judith Regan had accused Ailes of this--and had a recording of the telephone call to prove it--News Corp. did not deny that it was Ailes on the tape.

Instead, News Corp said the following:
he spokeswoman, Teri Everett, said News Corporation had a letter from Ms. Regan “stating that Mr. Ailes did not intend to influence her with respect to a government investigation.” Ms. Everett added, “The matter is closed.”

Now, that's a very interesting statement.

1. Money talks.
Memories "fade" when enough "hushmoney" shows up..

Judith has proven herself to be a suck-up over and over and over

2. Like the saying goes, "Money Talks Bullshit Walks"
This is the new "Rule of Law" in America for the landed class.

3. Ailes words were his words. Regan can't say what his intent was!
Then, what was her intent of accusation in the first place? It's a feeble attempt to re-direct attention.

4. Intent can be proven via extrapolation of all circumstances surrounding whatever
Ailes said to Regan.

5. I'm assuming you know a lot more than I do, but in this case I can't imagine
'extrapolation of all circumstances' would benefit Ailes.

6. Imagine this scenario.
Ailes to Regan: You know, theoretically, if "A" were stated to the prosecutor instead of "B", it could help Rudy Giuliani in the future if he decides to run for higher office and help Bernie Kerik get confirmed as head of Homeland Security.

Something to that effect.

It's a direction, albeit circumventionally.
