3. So can one circulate the petition now for a vote in a year?
..or does one have to wait a year to begin the process?

What about the statehouse members?

8. I don't think so
I believe there is a limited amount of time from when the petition is started to when it must be completed.

2. wi law says
after one year in office. That will be January 3, 2010. We can collect signatures 60 days before that and file on that day. There are numerous groups already collecting the names so that when the time comes - we can get all the signatures in a hurry.

Or I know of private group that is collecting information. If anyone wants to PM me. They don't want it put out for everyone right now - just those who are committed to working to going out and actually getting signatures when the time comes.
