13. I don't understand it at all. It seems to me the last place in all of

the usa that would think of denying worker rights, ordinary, long established worker rights, would be Wisconsin.
I understand that there has been a terrible insanity that has much gripped some of the us residents since just before the last Presidential election, but this?
