There are different kinds of bullies. There are the ones with the bats and then there are the ones with the pouts and the babyfaces. Walker is both. He has the bat in his office -- he bragged about that. And then he pouts and whines like a baby. Typical spoiled bully. And boy does he kiss up to the rich. A whiny bully who kisses up to the rich. Tells a lot about the Republicans in Wisconsin.

What has not been mentioned is the fact that these pay cuts have the same effect on the teachers' incomes as discriminatory taxes just on public employees would have.

Increasing taxes on all incomes would be fairer than simply reducing the incomes of the government employees.
