The Battle of Blair Mountain

In this era of labor unrest, this amazing but little-known story caught my attention when it was told in some detail in a documentary I saw on The History Channel a couple of years ago. It is about the all-out war between the coal operators and the miners in Logan and Mingo County, WV. I would love to make a novel out of it, and it would make a great movie if done right. These videos are from a rough draft of a documentary on the subject. People need to know this story!
