We could take a billion of those dollars spent on military hardware and put it towards building homeless shelters, helping people get jobs, creating jobs, fixing the country's infrastructure..putting it BACK into the communities?

7. You could remove 10-billion from military spending and still spend more
on military than all industrialized nations combined.

I should checked "other/something else" and then explained "I want all military adventurism eliminated, not simply reduced."

9. A lot of people are calling for military action against Libya, but there are few "yes" answers.
Though I suppose "adventurism" is by nature negative.
