The assembly passed the budget bill and they did it in a very authoritatian manner, designed to deny the Democratic Assembly members a chance to vote.

As soon as the R's had the majority votes they closed voting. The process had given Dems only seconds to record votes.

Nice move. Just like one would expect in a state where democratic process isn't as important as Authoritarian Rule.
