1. The union workers in Wisconsin were just raped with a contrived midnight vote.

2. And this is how democracy dies
You got to give the Koch credit though... they did buy a State House and State Senate and Governor's mansion. They will be richly rewarded.

But the fight is joined once again.

WE NEED the President to SPEAK . I get it why he cannot put then shoes and march... (security), but he needs to get out there. If he does not and remains silent... any support will melt.

3. I agree that his leadership is critical. A sector of American workers' rights have
been taken away from them through dictatorial methods. I'm very angry right now & I can only imagine how these workers feel.

The governor & his RepubliCorporate tools have a lot of audacity to jam their twisted, un-American views down the throats of those who were willing to work out a compromise.

The workers were raped.

4. Obama's silence speaks volumes. His absence tells us where he stands.
This is just the last straw. I hope we can find a challenger. I hope that Obama simply does not run again.

Almost any Democrat who supports the workers in Madison will have a better chance of winning in 2012 than even Obama if he doesn't support these workers now. Obama needs to make his support for the unions very clear or just forget about 2012.
