Al Jazeera You Tube site is working fine for me. It occasionally freezes for 5 seconds, but that is all.

If you just mean their website is overloaded, and won't respond fast enough, then that's a different matter. But "Al Jazeera is being blocked" does seem to want an answer to 'by whom?'

8. Why most Americans can't get al Jazeera English

I think it's being done by powerful lobbies, those which inspire islamophobia, and don't want the US public to see what's really going on. Yesterday (or maybe the day before) al Jazeera had a half hour show showing the way US army medics help wounded soldiers in Afghanistan. This isn't exactly what the powers that be in Washington want the US public to watch.
