I have yet to see any detailing of just how Wisconsin got into a budget "crisis" so quickly as mentioned in the first two panels.

5. This is what I have read

Coming into office there was about $125 million surplus
He then had bills passed that gave corps about $130 million tax breaks
So then he comes out and says there is a crisis and needs cuts from the unions.
So you cause the problem and then have someone else fix it.
Nice to have someone else to blame

And the dept that figures out how the state is doing(like CBO for feds)
said the state looked good until walker decided to change things
