Big earthquake in New Zealand

Magnitude 6.3 and very shallow. (3.1 miles)

It happened in Christchurch, New Zealand's second largest city. Practically right underneath the city. Deaths are reported. Multiple buses were crushed by falling buildings! City has ran out of ambulances...

it could also be that there are MORE inhabited places.
