Unions have been denigrated for decades

It's interesting that during the healthcare Town Halls the M$M wasn't running up polls asking Americans if they'd support Medicare For All

9. They keep the jobs *here*...
Instead of them being sourced out to sweatshops. Sure, big business isn't keen on unions, because they perceive them as leeching money from the bottom line. But if you're taking care of your employees (good pay/benefits), their productivity is better, and, subsequently, so is your bottom line. And, of course, communities benefit, because there's a tax base and a healthier consumer market present. (Case in point: a place like Detroit in its prime, versus now.)
