1. They were hoping for a quick resolution and they wouldn't have to mention it
Then other states could follow in Wisconsin's footsteps.

Damn social networking.

2. I have come to expect that.
The cat is out of the bag. When will the jig be up? How long before part of the protest and struggle includes a massive response to infoganda and the manufacture of consent? Retreat from the media and a resounding call of illegitimacy are essential. They are poisoning our well and serving the takeover.

Whatever flavor of McPravda you watch on corporately-owned media, it is designed to pull its world over your eyes. Profit and self-interest go together. The pretty illusions are selling us confusion and delusions, 24/7. We get what we pay for?

3. Outrageous! I hope Americans are waking up to the dishonest media in
this country. Many Americans are way too naive, or being had and don't even get what's going on.

I am watching CNN right now interviewing a woman
in Libya. They never interviewed a single person in Iraq when Bush and his goons were slaughtering Iraqis in their illegal war based on lies.
Only morons believe the crap spewed by the corporate media.
They are not interested in anything called democracy - they only want profits,

10. Sadly, I think the willfully stupid factor in the US is pretty high. I hope
MSNBC doesn't go the way of CNN. The media needs to be broken up, who knows how that will ever happen now that the US is in love with monopolies, large corporate empires and Citizens United.

8. Don't fool yourself...
It took three days before ANY media outlet took any interest in this.

5. Two years ago the media hung out at town hall meetings specifically to promote them
they are only covering Wisconsin on the weekend when most people don't watch the news. This is just like the massive anti-war march in 2002. It will be ignored starting on Monday.

6. Obviously they had to wait for the Important People (TM) to get involved
After all, those protesters are just a few liberal extremists out to make problems for the rest of us good, patriotic, God fearin' Americans. :puke:

7. You can't expect the Corporate Media to have the resources of DemocracyNow....
DemocracyNow has real reporters. The Corporate Media has Media Personalities.
