6. I have often thought the same thing. I hope it won't happen that way, but
I think there's a good chance it will.

13. I believe I would like to see
a female President n my life time. But I'm not sure it matters much.

I was sorely tempted to vote for Cynthia McKinney last time, and now I wish I had.

A female President at this time, in this country, would be no more significant than the first non-white President; perhaps less so.

Mr Obama may bring about some degree of change, but only as a catalyst in the chemistry sense. ( In chemistry, a catlayst is something that cause a chemical reaction, but remains unchanged itself. Different than an enzyme, which also changes. )

As a speechifier, he's terrific, as a leader, he's impotent. In the current climate, those who have some semblance of control over the nation, would only be willing to accept a female they knew they could control, so her impact would not be significant either.

10. If we do, I'm afraid it would be that Moose woman.
I'm not so optimistic. I wish I could be, but if we do, I'm afraid it will be the PITA who can't speak without writing the words on her hands, can't hunt without someone else carrying and loading her gun, didn't even bother to finish her one term as governor, and I still cannot picture her without picturing the turkey blood behind her. Fitting.

If we do get a female president and it's the Moose woman, I'm debating on whether I should continue to be an American or defect to a free country. :(

I welcome it. As long as it isn't ol' what's-her-name-Moose-olini.

15. We should already have had one.
I'm over 60 and I've never seen a candidate more qualified to be president than Hillary Clinton.
