I saw an interview with him on MSNBC yesterday. My thought during and after the interview was that he was an idiot. He is completely uninformed. In terms of the countries paying the United States because U.S. bases are located in them, I think those countries are more likely to ask the United States to remove its bases instead of paying the Unites States because the bases are in those countries. Trump seem misinformed about a number of other issues. I think Trump is only using this talk of him thinking about a presidential run as a way to get free publicity for the upcoming season of The Apprentice. Throughout yesterday's interview he kept referencing The Apprentice and refusing to make an announcement concerning a presidential run until June. He gave the crazy excuse that since The Apprentice was on NBC he would not announce his decision about running for president until June. What does The Apprentice being on NBC have to do with him announcing whether or not he will run for president?

In addition, we will not be respected if Donald Trump gets elected president; we will be laughed at by other countries. Other countries will find it funny that the United States elected such an uninformed person to the presidency.
