Ohio Citizens Group Defending Health Care.
Edited on Thu Feb-17-11 01:01 PM by OHdem10
Night before last our 11p.m. eveing news was quite
active as they were trying to get out the latest
on Union Busting tactics here.

However, they did manage to squeeze in a short piece
indicating that Some Ohions are angry with AB De Wine
about joining in that Group of States suing against
Health Care. The Bottom Line a Group had gotten
a petition filled with signatures and were presenting
it I believe to the Governor and the AG. Petitioning
to stop Ohio from participating in the Lawsuit because
it is a waste of time and money.

Could it be there is a lot of buyers' remorse in voting
for this far RWers they put in office.

I wish other states would do likewise.

This was covered on 11pm News NBC Local

2. I've signed petitions in Ohio
as well, but inspite of my firm belief in Democracy, I as so disheartened.

Do these petitions even mean anything to the power corrupted bastards receiving them? Really. The soulessness of the Republican party in this state (and way beyond) AND their refusal to take any accountability for truly hideaous agenda OR law breaking makes me wonder just what it will take to allow some semblance of intelligence and sense of human honor to take presidence.

I've never seen it so...foul before.

peace
Lilly

4. These were presented in person. Forces the GOP to consider
I may have overreached here. Invariably in the future
you see a slow down in their agressiveness.

5. I agree with your sentiments!
Slow down? Yes. I sure hope so. More than slow down, I'd love to see them kicked out, but that won't happen. The Ohio Red Machine is insidious.

I want to believe that names and people matter.

3. If anything comes of this disaster the Repukes are trying to create
hopefully it will be that people learn about the people they are voting for before they vote rather then just vote for who the TV tells them to.
