Obviously, the problem is that workers have "too" much power
and employers and corporations don't have enough power and freedom.

Seriously...If you are a Repuke, or a stinkin' Teabagger...THAT statement is what you believe.

The school teacher who teaches your children, the policeman or fireman who lives next door, the civil servant who picks up your trash, or ensures potable water gets to your home; these people ARE THE ENEMY!

The Wall St Robber-Baron, Hedge Fund Manager, or CEO of Walmart...you know...the guys who would gladly use your guts to grease the axles of their Roll Royce...those people ARE YOUR FRIENDS!

It's like we live is DC Comics Bizarro World!

My wife who is fairly moderate said something that made a hell of a lot of sense last night as we discussed this war on unions and civil servants...she said; "If anything...NOW is the time that unions are needed the most".

The economy sucks, unemployment is high, and people are desperate. They're ready to eliminate the 40 hour work week, give up vacation and sick days and suffer painful injury as workplace safety is rolled back...ALL FOR A STINKIN' $10 AN HOUR SHIT JOB! Business knows this, and the Repukes know this as well.

If we don't fight now...we're HOSED!

2. The tea-party is driven by jealous insecurities.
Pick almost any of their issues and you will find at its core the need to selfishly and jealously guard personal interest.

That insight must be plumbed. The answer to winning elections and caring for the common good depends upon figuring out how a political party deals with winning over 40 million people traumatized by their insecurity.

3. Let's start the Social Security and Medicare cuts
with those who are in the Teabagger Party!

Every last one of those ass-pickles is either drawing Social Security or motoring around in a chair from the Scooter Store, paid for by Medicare.

They want a "blanking" cut...I say we give them a "blanking" CUT!

4. Oh wow
Corporations who are making record high profits and control almost 80% of lobbying groups in Washington have no recourse from the mighty unions? These people are so ignorant.

5. What a great deal of workers who don't belong to Unions don't understand
is that THE HIGH WAGES AND BENEFITS THEY RECIEVE....ARE DUE TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING POWER OF UNIONS

I saw this first hand with the very first job I had after my paper route. I worked at a grocery store that was not unionized, but our chief competitor was. My wages and benefits almost identically matched the union workers, but make no mistake...they would have paid me as little as they could, with as few benefits as they could, were it not for the Union.

I want to see Teabagger non-Union autoworker-guys face, after they ruin and dismantle the UAW, when his boss calls him in and says; "hey, you remember that 40 hour work week with time-and-a-half for overtime?...Well, we're not gonna do that anymore, we need 60-80 hour work weeks, and we think you make too much, so we're gonna be taking some of that too"...."Ohhh, and by the way, about those 3 weeks of paid vacation..."
