1. "Jump to a conclusion", followed by "constant negative spin", "he's 100% wrong 100% of the time",
and "banish all respect and every last ounce of discernible trust from everything you say about him" (he's the Devil - if you believe in such a construct).

I learned all I know from Rush, Glenn, and the boys at FOX. They would never "Wait for full information to come out and decide then". ;)

If you're talking about discussion at a place like DU, then conclusion-jumping is somewhat appropriate - we interpret, draw conclusions, and discuss topics based on the info at hand, and modify that discussion as new info arrives. (Of course, jumping to a conclusion and defending it against all subsequent info to the contrary is fun and satisfying too; it just tends to annoy everyone else.)

On the other hand, if you're making actual decisions that affect real things and real people, then waiting for as full an understanding as possible is correct...
