VR ALERT! Breaking--Chamber Of Commerce Team Caught Spying On Us
Edited on Sun Feb-13-11 08:11 PM by babsbunny
Chamber Of Commerce Lawyers And Private Security Firms Are Involved In Million Dollar Spying Operation To Take Down Our StopTheChamber.com Campaign

http://www.velvetrevolution.us/stop_chamber2/index.php?q=node/227

http://thinkprogress.org/2011/02/10/chamberleaks-target-families/

The Chamber of Commerce, under the leadership of Tom Donohue, has gone from a well respected trade organization to an extremist political organization dedicated to corrupting American democracy by elevating the profits of big corporations over the well being of the citizens they serve. Recent examples of this corrupt behavior is the Chamber's spending of more than $100 million to defeat initiatives to protect the environment and provide affordable health care to everyone, and its massive attacks on democracy through the use of secret money in the 2010 election.

1. How did an organization that rose to power trading human
beings ever become 'respected'?

5.  What the hell is Washington doing?
Not only is the Chamber lobbying and advertising against the interests of Americans, it is also committing fraud and violating campaign finance laws by creating fake astroturfing front groups, with patriotic names like Citizens for a Strong Ohio, and then illegally funneling millions of anonymous dollars into those groups to attack candidates and judges who won't do their bidding. It is getting money from foreign sources to send jobs overseas and buy elected officials. While this corrupts the electoral system, the Chamber persists, even when it is caught, fined and required to disclose its "anonymous" donors.

Where is the DOJ? Are they looking into any of this by any chance?

10. Our DoJ doesn't believe in Prosecutions.
The moment after it happens it becomes past history. Obama's stated policy in anything involving politics is that he doesn't believe in prosecuting past misdeeds. He believes in looking forward instead of looking backwards.

That's a blank check to break the law. Just claim that prosecution would be looking backward instead of looking forward, and would hurt business, and Obama's administration will be absolutely certain to do absolutely nothing.

12. That's exactly right.
I'm thinking about holding up a bank, and when they say they want to arrest me, I'll just tell them it's 'in the past' and we should all just 'look to the future'.

I'll tell them Obama says so.

11. I have long suspected that CoC was a kind of intelligence outfit: HQ
Edited on Mon Feb-14-11 03:59 AM by Hannah Bell
distributes the "party line" to the locals & the locals report local intelligence to HQ.

I had some interesting experiences here with CoC that gave me the creeps.

I think this is one of the methods used by the PTB to control the population, & I believe there are other similar organizations using similar methods.

over a lot of congregations/denominations.

it's very creepy how manipulated we are.

glad i'm not the only one who thinks so.

otherwise i'd be a "conspiracy theorist" lol.

28. +1
I definitely think some of the CoC staff are from the CIA/intelligence community. Their international reach and influence is beyond measure. I think it very telling that after they attacked the President and progressive Congressional candidates, the President is now essentially ceding every argument he ever raised against them and the anti-American big businesses.
