Are there any conservative message boards out there?

I'm sorry but I didn't know where or how to post this.

Are there any conservative leaning message board forums similar in style and content to DU?

I love DU. It is a great place for info and to converse. I have searched online for a conservative counterpart for DU, and haven't found anything remotely close.



Any help would be great.

I can't believe the lack of good legit conservative forums and message boards. The Free Republic is the only one I know of and its not close to DU. I guess Republicans don't have any need to read, exchange ideas or be exposed to new thoughts.

If you've actually read any of the posts at FR there's virtually no discussion - it's all reinforcement of fear and talking points.

Another good comparison to make is the amount of substantiation (links) on DU compared to FR, where they're almost non-existent.

there are a good amount of conservatives there. I've had some good back and forth there, and then there are the Freeper type...just idiots. I've been kicked off 3 times, this last time I have no idea why. They don't tell you. Usually it's just your email they ban, but they did ban my ip address once.
