The latest crosshairs metaphor to come from the wingers. Apparently these scumbag Repukes, who are so taken with their violent rhetoric, think they are the only people who own firearms. All the thinly-veiled threats (Coultergeist, e.g.) and such.

They are mistaken. Perhaps they need to be reminded that they're not the only ones who own weapons. Some on this side of the aisle know how to handle a gun. Since cowards like these fools only bully those they perceive as weak, perhaps they'd knock it off if they knew we are NOT the weaklings they think we are.

**NOTE: I'm not threatening anybody, please do not misunderstand me.** I'm just sick of the vile crap that spews out of their mouths on a daily basis.

4. My comment to that is that the Left typically out-guns the Right when shooting in BIG wars.

Knock outs or decisions in BIG (shoot them up - "fill your hands") conflicts:

1. Russian Revolution
2. China Revolution
3. Sandinistas in Nicaragua (ugly ugly but eked out a victory)
4. Korea (draw - with neither side really winning all that much. The "UN Police Action" was nearly ready to squash N. Korea then when China intervened the "police" troops got "moved" south real quick like)
5. Vietnam (not a draw - kicked France in (58') and US asses - see helicopters shoved off carriers in a mad rush to run)
6. USSR v. Nazis
7. Cuba v. Batista

Losses
1. Spanish Revolution (it was a revolution not a civil war)

That's a decent record in BIG fights, 7-1.

I'm not counting US or UK supported fascist suppression like in Chile 1973.
