ahh figures I finally get a day off work and the kids get a snow day..

2. But, it's Cleveland....

....I'm sitting here near Dallas with 4" of snow, 16 degrees with a -1 chill factor, winds gusting to 40 mph. To top that off, my water heater sprung a leak yesterday and I have no water! Plumber supposed to be here around noon, if he can make it.

But, I got fireplace roaring, and power....so far. Life is good! Well, maybe just fair, at this point.

5. -16 wind chills just up I35 in the OKC metro...

I'm snuggled under a comforter with my three dogs, watching TV. At some point I'll have to do some work and then have a beer.

7. Well, the snow is over, at least, for us......

...still cold as hell and won't start to thaw before Saturday. I-35 is closed here (at the Tx/Ok border) for now, but I bet they get that back open in a few hours.
