Great line, in the context of stupid regulations, like those for salmon, which differ by water salinity and what happens after they're caught.

2. Yeah, that one got a chuckle out of me. But probably sad truth to
it, and getting rid of superfluous agencies that no doubt fight turf wars, is not a bad idea.

4. I agree. It was a joke line and truly funny, but under it are serious issues
I also understand why there so many agencies involved.
