5. I agree -- he's got that mouth thing going which is always an indication to me.

There are some tell signs, I had them when I was a drunk, the 'trying to look sober' affectations, and IMO that's Boehner's.

Others have stated that he teared up already.

If nothing else, maybe he caught a glimpse of his orange self in a hot pink tie sitting in front of a red-striped flag.
