but Barbara Boxer certainly is happy her state of Calfornia will benifit from Kasish's mistake. It's time for the people in Ohio to call these wako republicans out on this daily!
it would seem to be an 'economies of scale' concept. If enough people use it, rail will become more economical and profitable. It could not possibly be any more wasteful from an energy-usage standpoint, compared to individual car rentals and private vehicles criss-crossing the state.
