Woman Jumps Off 23-Story Building ... and Lives!

A woman jumped off the 23rd floor of a Buenos Aires hotel today, landed on top of a taxi cab ... and survived.



According to the AP, the 30-year-old woman landed in a sitting position, was rushed to a nearby hospital and is being operated on for internal bleeding, broken hips and ribs.

The woman fell nearly 330 feet.

3. I saw some window-washers fall 19 stories onto the pavement.

Main St, Houston, maybe 1975.

My ex was getting her hair cut in a salon on the 19th floor of a building in Houston when a scaffold-full of window-washers came to the window. The guys were blowing kisses and making baby faces and all at her. (She's a beautiful woman).

As we were leaving the building, one of those freak Houston wind blasts tore the scaffolding loose.

Those dudes were raining down all around us.

Most of them were alive when we left.

7. The driver left the cab while she was falling.

He saw people screaming and pointing upward and left the cab to see what they were looking at. Judging by the look of the car, he was lucky.

If you hit just right it spreads the impact out over a larger area, also the air in the car actually act as a cushion if the windows are closed....
