Tim Russert never would have made the ageist mistake that Luke Russert did.
Then again, Tim Russert, much as his pretense at being evenhanded annoyed me, got his job on his own merits.

Here is a video of cool hand Pelosi putting ham-hand Luke in his place (whatever that is).

The nerve of that Pelosi, thinking she should be leader of House Dems just because they keep voting her into that position!

What is it about the right and totality inability to respect a vote?

What is it about a decidedly undistinguished beneficiary of nepotism like Russert that makes him think it is his to push for an override of a vote by Democratic members of Congress?

Keep plugging, Luke. With a little luck, you could be mediocre some day. Fingers crossed for ya!

1. P.S. NBC hired Luke in 2008 shortly after Luke's undistinguished college experience.

At that time, he was covering young people's reaction to the campaign.

The only thing I remember about that was Luke's gushing excitedly about how much young people loved McCain because he (McCain) was so authentic.

Young people loved McCain in 2008? LOL! Couldn't prove it by the polls.

McCain authentic when he ran in 2008? He had changed something like 100 positions between 2004 and 2008, making even Mitt Romney look like he had him a political principle or two.

So, Luke was full of it from the jump.

In Luke's defense, his father was as phony and partisan as they come too, too, only his father was a lot smarter.

3. Post Mortem Nepostism
It's the name you know. I never listen to that crap. Don't watch TV or Cable except on rare occasions.
