The truth of the matter...

...is that we don't know who is going to win tomorrow? The odds-makers say the President is favored. All of us want that very much. We will not permit ourselves to think anything differently.

But, reality has its own advantage. It is not helpful if we are delusional or in denial. Debby-downers do not help us either. But being able to look at reality as it is, rather than as we want it to be, is to our advantage. It is not a detriment to our cause.

By looking at the world as it is permits us to see more clearly the road ahead. It permits us to work harder. It allows us to see the truth as it exists. Those that are closest to the reality and the truth will usually be victorious.

This is not a call to rest on our laurels. This is a call to remain vigilant until this battle is over. It is not yet won.

1. The President has the electoral vote and has had it all along

The pundits keeps fudging that because they need to remain relevant. Also, many of them don't want to douse the Romney fire that exists in their imaginations.

The President also has the best ground game and Sandy only helped him.

Supposedly, Romney has almost no ground game and is relying mostly on the RNC's. I find that hard to believe as he is very rich and the RNC's game is not good, but that is what I heard from the geniuses on TV.

Nonetheless, if no one messes with the vote count, it will be four more years of Obama, but, as we all know, that is a big IF.

And, through a series of transactions, we find Romney/Romney supporter/Bain fingers in the voting machine companies. (I had heard Tagg Romney directly, but it's more complicated than that. Still, the chain of fools are involved.)

2. I may have to eat my fonts, Kentuck. Dixon Notch, the tiny polling place

whose majority has indicated the Presidential winner for a long time voted Obama 5, Romney 5.

However, that is the popular vote (which some say Romney may even win by a razor thin margin. We are going to have to wait for the electoral vote.

It may be a long night.

3. No, Dixon Notch, NH, got it right yet again. New Hampshire's electoral votes went to Obama.

Neck and neck on the popular vote in many states--though not as close as the pundits have been pretending--and electoral votes to Obama.
