here in FL, I'm seeing more pro-Obama and anti-Romney ads than anti-Obama ads as of right now.

I sure hope it stays that way. I would concentrate on Ohio, Iowa, Colorado, Virginia and Florida. I believe the rest of the swing states are either out of reach (NC), or gonna go blue (NV, WI).

Is it true that the ads are already paid for, through election day? I think that's what I've heard in elections past about the final 2 weeks. I would pump millions into paying groups to drive people to the polls.

Early voting starts in just over 12 hrs here in FL. You know where I'll be in the morning! :)

ON TO VICTORY!

1. Divine Discontent, Obama is lucky to have you as a supporter.

Smart, creative, enthusiastic and loyal.

You are an asset to any person, any group, any enterprise and any cause.

As for politics, I would never give up on any state at this stage, except the states that have been solidly red since about 1980.

First, I think all pollsters have an agenda.

Second, I heard that Romney has no GOTV. He is relying on that of the RNC.

Okay, churches and the other groups that always back Republicans do a good job, but Obama's GOTV is supposedly amazing. As we all know, GOTV can make the difference.

I would, however, have poll watchers and security a-plenty and have them follow the ballot count like frickin' hawks. Or eagles. {insert here image of shocked-looking red, white and blue eagle from the open of the Colbert Report).

BTW, I think permanently writing off so many states was crazy. I would have activities of some kind--picnics, holiday parties or whatever--for good causes throughout the year, every year.

2. You are so kind... so very kind. :)
thank you, NE, really. Makes me feel great.

Yes, I agree, no giving up in any state really, because the more who vote, the better for Dems! Yeah, we'll see how good the GOTV operations are soon enough. Lots of early votes have gone our way, so it may be not just a good election night, but a really good one! :)

3. No, I am not the least bit kind. Or diplomatic.
I am observant, accurate and verbal.

That is all it took to post what I posted about you.

Well, that and a laptop and the internet, but Messrs. Claus and Gore took care of those.
