Another fun "eat cheap" blog: 99 Cent Chef!
I've recently been doing a lot more shopping at the 99 cent store and surprised to see lots of fresh produce, organic beans and other quality products (along with a lot of processed crap too!)

We are really trying to cut back on day to day expenses to pay for our yearly holiday party and gift giving, etc. I found this blog fun and inspiring. Making the cauliflower / pasta bake next week for sure, check it out!

2. I like the idea of adding a sauteed onion in the mix
Looks delish! I haven't had great experiences with gluen-free pasta though so would prob use the regular kind, however, it's great that they have the gluten free at 99 cent store since "special" diets can be so costly!

4. Interesting, cauliflower is incredibly expensive at our local grocery stores,
but Amish farm stands still have beautiful heavy ones for much less.

This looks like a neat site.
