5. He was on MSNBC earlier this week...
...Alex Wagner asked him if he is "running for office."

Right now, he's the media's new shiny toy. They just can;t seem to get enough of him.

10. Dunno, but it's further illustration of the silliness and irrelevance of TV news media
I don't understand why people watch that shit.

11. Well, he is the guy who is attempting to destroy America
and in the process destroying the GOP.

He's the only lobbyist who admits that destruction is his goal.

Just asking...

Oh, BTW, David Gregory will lob extremely large softballs to Norquist.

Softballs the size of Eric Cantor's head.

8. Citizen's United has emboldened this turd.
For decades, Grover has hidden in the shadows, funneling money to GOP Candidates from huge anonymous donors.

Citizen's United has allowed him to come out into the light.

My hope is that he over plays his hand. Most people have never heard of him, and have no idea his role in setting GOP direction.

And its tough to fight a shadow. Now that he's out in the light, hopefully we can take him down a few pegs.

Not that I think Gregory will help do that.

David will treat Grover with the respect usually reserved for one's preferred deity.

12. Let's imagine David G's tough Q&A
DG- Isn't it irresponsible to insist on not raising the taxes of the top 2% when they are now paying a lower percentage of the nation's taxes than they have ever paid in our nation's history?

GN- No, they're job creators.

DG- Oh, OK.

13. Gregory (R) has demonstrated so far that he really likes it on his knees for RepubliCorp, Inc.

So he may pose a few Faux Tuffies for Teh Grovelster as 'cover,' but nothing really challenging or substantive. I would bet a leftover drumstick.

19. It isn't David Gregory
If Gregory developed a spine and became an Edward R. Murrowv or Keith Olbermann, he wouldn't last a week. The network would go to the bench and bring in another softball pitcher. Gregory is given the choice by the network of either kissing the ass of dirtbags like Norquist and apologizing for not using enough chapstick or finding one of those plentiful and highpaying jobs at Current TV.

20. It is remarkable how Gregory has takens Russert's technique of

finding previous on camera quotes and confronting the guest from a reasonably effect interview technique to turning it into a sideshow.

Russert was largely on point, didn't try and dwell on trivial matters, and had effective follow up questions.

Gregory uses the clip has a silly grin and then hands the microphone to the guest.

Here is another prediciton; Gregory will continue to drive MTP numbers into the ground.
