Every kid has some capacity to learn and far too often schools, private and public, and parents, and teachers, and the system, toss them aside.

It's fucked up, all kids can learn but they're taught in our culture not to care, to take shortcuts, to look for ways to cheat, it's depressing.

Still, many great teachers are making huge differences so I'm forever optimistic!
