Court denies Occupy Dallas' request for restraining order
http://www.wfaa.com/news/local/Occupy-Dallas-protesters-readying-for-city--133875308.html

A U.S. district judge denied a temporary restraining order sought by a lawyer representing the Occupy Dallas group in hopes to keep the protest on the grounds behind Dallas City Hall.

Today marks day 41 for Occupy Dallas demonstrators. City of Dallas officials said the group is violating an agreement that they established with the city. Officials say protesters continue to post signs and use the public restrooms inside Dallas City Hall.

Attorneys for Occupy Dallas went before a federal judge this morning asking for a temporary restraining order to stop the city from taking action. However, Judge Jane Boyle denied the request, saying she decided their argument would likely not succeed.

Opens the door for the city to remove OD whenever they choose to...right now the city is not saying what their next move will be--I imagine we will know once night time comes...
