It's the first live stream I've seen after dark where you can actually see what's happening.

6. How long before it is jammed with a laser pointer?
Works great on every CCD camera I have tried it on. That includes traffic cameras, surveillance cameras, idiot neighbor cameras. Interestingly enough, no applicable laws against it. Hard to find, impossible to defeat other than forcing it off.
