Pass the bill AGAIN, just to prove they don't listen? Then it all starts over again. (or they find some way to invalidate this?)

4. i think we're on guard against this
Two things to consider: 1) the original bill passed the Senate only 17-16. Only one Republican needs to get the message to keep it from happening again. 2) Ohioans also have referenda pending against two other Republican bills. We're getting good at this process. So we'll do it again if we have to.
