Awww, poor LIMBOsevic was victimized, traumatized, PTSDed by '70s feminists!1
He was just *exasperated* with contestant #5 whom he smeared with the "slurp" references, exposing what led him to formulate his "FemiNazi" shtick, that Feminists in the '70s made the most innocent compliments from men like him and courtesies like opening doors verboten. He said that he was shat upon during his dates in the '70s when he told somebody how pretty she was or tried to open a door for her, with the words, "I can open the door myself!1" Oh, he said that militant Feminists made people afraid to say things out loud, that he experiences this now because everybody knows he's DEAF yet they still WHISPER things to him from fear that they will be breaking Feminist PC guidelines in public and he CAN'T HEAR what they're whispering to him!1

Inferentially, now that he is impossibly rich and arrogant he simply gives each future ex-wife a "business" of her own to play with while he goes on his cigar tours to the Dominican Republic, such as the men's necktie business for Wife #2 (or was it #3) and the magazine for another one and now the iced tea concession for whatever number this current one is. And he tells them to shove their own doors.

Plus, BecKKK exonerated us Dems from being behind the CAIN accusers, saying that us nefarious Dems would WAIT until the campaign, would not let this information out now but rather would spring it on the actuall Rethug nominee as the October Surprise. He said that it is the establishment Rethugs who are sabotaging CAIN at this stage of the primaries.

So, rejoice my Dems, we're INNOCENT!!!!1

13. I appreciate it when someone opens a door for me, male or female.
And even when I go into stores, if there is man behind me, I will hold the door open for him. It is just common courtesy.

16. The dude wasn't looking for a date date.
He was looking for a "date" as in "are you looking for a date, sailor." And given the destination it was likely to be an underaged and impoverished boy or girl.

6. Limbaugh both hates and fears women.
Apparent in the way he speaks about women, he is clueless about them.

Anyone that has had several contractual wives who are never seen or heard from, except at public political functions, should ever have anything relevant to say about women or relationships with people of the opposite sex.

7. I never complained about having a door opened
I have made some complaints to jerks who insisted I stand and wait while they came around me and opened every...single...door. There's such a thing as showing off.

He's a liar. Why anyone would believe that a feminist would date Rush is beyond me.

that gave him the anal warts he used as an excuse to dodge the draft.

12. I've never told a man to NOT open the door for me.
One can be a feminist, and still feminine enough to appreciate the kindness of others.

>that Feminists in the '70s made the most innocent compliments from men like him and courtesies like opening doors verboten.<

I've never met a woman who was offended by a sincere, politely worded compliment on her appearance, either. There isn't a woman on the planet that doesn't like being told she's pretty, for instance. I'm betting the "innocent" comments Limbaugh allegedly made to females in those days were the "slurp" variety he seems to specialize in. After all, it's hard to believe he knows how to have any kind of mutually respectful conversation with a female, after reading about the BS he spews on his program.

Interesting that Limbaugh is so "traumatized" by 70's feminists, but keeps engaging in what anyone would term marriages of convenience. It's hard to imagine any woman that would marry him in the first place without a hefty financial benefit. Let's face it - imagine trying to explain to loved ones why you'd want to spend any time at all with someone who makes Beckkk and Hannity look like "gentlemen".

15. You know what I really don't like about door-opening behavior

I open doors for women or men. It's really, for me, just a question of who got to the door first.

And of course, at the store, one holds the door open for the person behind one, so that it doesn't swing shut as they are entering. That's just common courtesy.

What happens to me, and maybe it's just me is that I'm lost in thought, trying to remember what it was I came to the store for, and I walk through the door, not really noticing or having wanted, the person in front of me holding the door open.

Twice in the last couple of months, the person holding the door has said, in a kind of annoyed tone, "You're welcome!" to point out that I did not thank them for holding open the door. It's like a little "FU" for not having praised them to God and promised my everlasting fealty for their ability to hold a door and their decision to do so.

Okay, yes, I should be more mindful and thank people for small courtesies. But, is it just me, or does "etiquette" also extend to not pointing out the breaches of etiquette by others?

I mean, if you are going to hold the door open for the purpose of calling me a prick for not thanking you then, please, just don't do it.

Saying 'thank you' is not the same as praising them to god and whatever else you made up.

Also, reminding you of your manners, even slightly brusquely, is not the same as calling you a prick.

Also, I doubt anyone is polite just for the sole reason that they're hoping someone else will be rude in response, so that they can remind them about manners.

If someone did that to me, I'd just say oops and thank you, not develop a persecution complex.

19. The people who need praise for courtesies are being courteous...
for the praise and not for the reward of doing a good deed. It is the right action for selfish reasons.
