Is anyone else just glad political ad season ends today?
Here in Washington State it has been non-stop for the last month or so on various candidates and ballot measures on the tv and radio.

Jeez......

5. I had it up to HERE with the 1183! I don't recall seeing much
other stuff - but the airwaves were saturated with ads for this (which I voted against, by the way).

:hi:

7. 1183 is the Schrödinger's cat of ballot initiatives...
It will simultaneously allow and not allow mini-marts to sell liquor to underage kids and simultaneously raise and lower our taxes and make our streets safer and more hazardous.

8. Haha! I know! "I'm a Firefighter and I'm for this!" "I'm a Firefighter
and I'm against this!"

Bottom line for me, Costco spent millions to get this passed and I KNOW they're not concerned about underage drinking, drunk drivers, etc., just about revenue and profit.

6. My mailbox will be glad
When over a dozen people are running for mayor, the mailbox fills up like crazy!!!

The sad part is, it all goes directly into the recycle bin. What a waste.
