Dude, you voted for Bush...twice
There were a few of us expats who live in the boonies of Boseong in Korea having dinner.
We have Brits and Americans and Aussies, Canadians and even a Kiwi.
We were talking and politics came up. Two of the people in our group are rather conservative and one of them asked me if I was going to vote for Obama again.

I said, "I don't know. It's a year away. Hell, I might not even be around in a year to vote."
Finally when pressed, I said, "As it stands now, I will vote for Obama in 2012."

One of the conservatives said, "I can't believe you'd vote for that guy again."

"If I were you I wouldn't criticize my choice of Presidents." I said. Then I added "Dude, you voted for Bush...twice."

At that a few of the people at the table laughed (at him) and the topic changed to exchange rates on our salaries.

7. They're still peddling that Romney will beat him by 1%
42% vs 43%

I guess the undecideds will win out again.

3. I agree. So do most of the non-American expats here
But they're good at changing the topic.
They won't talk up Bush or any of that ilk
They're bomb throwers for the most part

They're a reflection of their party
Nothing positive to stand on...
So they throw feces

11. You would think so...
sadly that does not seem to be the case. I still see cars sporting Palin stickers. Fewer, admittedly, but they're still around.

4. John Cole of balloon-juice dot com voted for Bush twice..
And nobody today hates Republicans worse..

Kind of like how ex-smokers can sometimes be the most vociferous anti-smoking folks.

5. Obama will be my choice only because of lack of alternative...
There has been no 'change' since Bush. Only millionaires run the government, which only gives a shit about me until the need manpower for war, or to extract money from the public.

6. It doesn't change one small fact
Anyone who voted twice for DUMB-ya and doesn't see it for the mistake it was has no business questioning anyone else's vote
