Dick Cheney mulls heart transplant

Sounds to me like Cheney and his Doctors are having "end of life" discussions. Good for him. He has my full support for such discussions. To bad his his biggest supporters would act to deny him this right.

The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s “death panel” so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their “level of productivity in society,” whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.

I think the cut off is 65. Although there are some programs that get less than desirable hearts to implant, and their age restrictions are not as stringent.
