1. I'm confused because of the overlap -- 1% and 1-10%.

What is the minimum income in the 1% category?

Is $1.1 million the minimum income of the 1% ers or is it the average of everyone in the top 1% ?

For an individual. The slogan is a slogan, OWS has much bigger problems with the 0.1% and 0.01% than those at the lower end of that spectrum. But for the sake of simplicity...
