And yet the Family Research Council still whines that it's called a hate group
All the while it compares the push to repeal DADT to a conspiracy to commit murder.

"How many brave men and women are liberals willing to sacrifice so that homosexuals can flaunt their lifestyle? The only reason for changing the present policy is if it would help the military accomplish its mission. So far, no one has produced a single reason how it would. Until then, the Senate has to ask itself: Do they want the blood of innocent soldiers on their hands just to appease the political base of Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.)? If they can live with that, then they're unlike any human beings I've ever met."

"Our nation is threatened today, within and without, by those who oppose Biblical truth, Biblical moral standards and freedom of speech among Bible believers. We who pray must invoke the supernatural intervention of God so that those who seek to foist ungodly laws upon our nation will be confused, divided, and prevented from achieving their evil plans."

How many types of 'evil plans' are there? Getting together a group of buddies and plotting mass murder? I'd call that an evil plan. To commit acts of terrorism? Evil plan. Rob some cancer patients? Evil plan. But to repeal DADT? Seriously?

It's time to call on the FRC to start debating and stop hating, stop using fallacies and stop calling themselves "good" while calling their opponents "evil".

3. bigots are the ones who should think twice about 'flaunting their lifestyle'
no matter how they try to justify it bigotry with a big of religious window dressing is still bigotry and it's their choice to think and act that way.

8. What the heck does that mean anyway.
Flaunting their lifestyle? WTF?

I'm pretty hetero but I have tons of friends who are gay and none of them flaunt. If you met them on the street and didn't know, there would be no way to tell. Flaunting is just another RW myth like the welfare queen and supply side economics.

2. FRC is filled with hateful people. That alone should make it qualify as a hate group.

5. One doesn't really flaunt a lifestyle in the military for the most part
However, I am concerned over the number of translators of Arabic languages who happen to be gay that have been discharged and the effects that have on national security.

7. The Christians I know I like fine.
None of them would work for a hate organization like the FRC.

Every now and again I really wish I was King.
