In the meantime, they move across the street and off the Capitol grounds, rather than risk arrest again.

Protesters decided Monday to seek a permit to stay on the State Capitol grounds so they do not have to continually challenge the state’s 11 p.m. curfew for gathering on the Capitol grounds.
They did not have a permit Monday, though, and debated whether to stay for a second straight night past 11, when the park where they gathered closes and they risk arrest.
At 11 Monday, demonstrators moved across the street, off of the state property. Some marched across the street as state troopers watched.
As they marched, they chanted, “Police need a raise.” There were no arrests by 11:10 p.m. Troopers said they would stay on the scene as long as a large group remained on the scene ....
