OWS solution: equal right for labor and capital
Currently, corporations are run as dictatorships of capital or at best, apartheid or antebellum South democracies, with only those who contribute money to a venture having a say in the operation of the company.

But why shouldn't those who invest their time and labor in a company have an equal say?

Would that lead to fewer jobs being outsourced, fewer functional if only modestly profitable companies being cannibalized, fewer people being laid off to goose short term profits? And wouldn't it reign in exorbitant CEO salaries if someone had a say on it other than members of the CEO's country club, who are often CEO's of other companies and the CEO in question sits on those boards and determines their salaries?

And in too many cases, the people who created the original product and have expertise and a psychic investment in making it well are shoved aside to make room for executives whose only skill is cooking the books to make short term profits look good.

At a minimum, people who work for a company should have equal say with those who invest.
