1. Yes, the 10 people who show up with tea bags hanging from their hats.
That is the standard. Now, it's been bested many times over by progressive causes, but in the minds of the corporate media, those ten idiots screaming about birth certificates and other such nonsense really are the standard bearers.

2. It's a valid issue and question
I'd love to see people rise from the OWS movement and get elected to office. I'd love to see this movement given as much attention and deference as the Teabaggers.

6. I think that's the thing
One thing the Tea Party has been able to do is run candidates that endorse its principles (to the extent that those can even be determined). Sometimes they've done well, other times not so much. As we all know, in a few cases they've essentially thrown the election to the Democrats when a non-Tea Party Republican probably would have won.

If you start to see candidates for office getting support and becoming viable because they stand with OWS, then you really have something there.

7. Most at OWS are mostly young. Most Teapartiers are old.
One group is peaceful, the other threatens the POTUS and carries assault rifles.

One gets clubbed and maced by cops and arrested, one is never confronted by police.

One is an organic grassroots groundswell, one is formed and sponsored by conservative moneyed interests.

Clearly, OWS is a threat to the masters of the universe who run MSNBC, et. al.

Turn off that channel. I don't watch it anymore since they canned Keith. Not even for Rachel.

9. That sums it up nicely...
but OWS won't have the same impact... This is not a political thing as much as an economic thing. Finally people are realizing it is the corporations that are screwing up the economy to benefit a very small percentage of the population and they have been doing this for decades. Mostly with the help of Republicans that bully the poor, the working poor, and unions. Now Republicans are branching out and they really are bashing 99% of the people in this country. Because lets face it if you are not rich Republicans don't give a bleep about you.

However, I do believe there is a good chance we can take down the Corporate/GOP machine....

8. Remind the DC Media they are the ones who gave the
Tea Party Power. They are the ones who are
holding the Republican Party together. If
the Tea Party Bolts and starts a Third Party
the Republican Party is Kaput. For years the
Media has been manipulated by the Republican
Party to hold them together. Just a very
short few years the Republican Party was in
trouble, and some reporter on Cnn said out
loud and over the air,-- the Republican Party
is about to collapse. In other words if we do
not go with this story--you know the world comes
to an end. I added the last comment.

Right now they therefore, give the Tea Party
control over the Republican Party.

It is to the Republican Advantage and the Republicans
desire to have the Media dismiss anything on the Left.

This time it just may be a mistake.

The Latest Polls show that People who support
the Tea Party(TP Constituents) prefer the
President's Jobs Plan by over 60%.

Republicans(Constituents) regular voters prefer
the Presidents Jobs Plan by over 60%.

Likewise both support Having the Rich Pay their
fair share of taxes. Support the Surtax on the Rich.

A Hefty 81 percent of all Americans approve of
Taxing the Wealthy and the Surtzx on Millionnaires.

The Beltway Media stays disconnected from American
People.

The People are with Obama's Policies.

Right now the Republicans are threatened. The
more OWS get out their message. The Republicans
are shown to be standing with Wall ST and the
Very Rich. They love to try to play the country
as if they are for the Middle Class. Muddying\
the water. A movement with a different message
takes of their clothes and the naked truth is
exposed. Therefore they are going to do anything
and everything in their power to discredit OWS.
This is where we will see what Democrats are made\of
