Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) on BANK OF AMERICA
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) put it:

''After years of raking in excess profits off an unfair and anticompetitive interchange system, Bank of America is trying to find new ways to pad their profits by sticking it to its customers. It's overt, unfair, and I hope their customers have the final say.''

1. Headlines we'd like to see: "BOA suffers devastating 14% loss of customers in fourth quarter."

2. Okay, Durbin, what do you intend to do about it?
BofA may lose 15 or 16 customers. Maybe a few hundred. Oh boo-hoo. ouch. :sarcasm:

What are YOU going to do about it, Durbin? Try toughening the regulations to cut this one off at the pass TOO, Durbin! Tighten the noose!

3. Well, if DU is any indicator, I'd say BoA has nothing to worry about.
They have lots of happy customers who would rather shout at the wind than hold BoA responsible for their actions.

6. LOL.. Bank of America helped Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet

Bank of America and seven other banks enabled former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet and members of his family to build a sprawling secret network of accounts to conceal his wealth, Senate investigators charge in a new report.

The big banks need to be broken up into pieces
unfortunately Teddy Roosevelt is dead and gone
and the Big Banks now control and make policy for the western world's governments

Austerity? We know who pays for that and it an't the banksters.

I think it was good Dick said the customers should leave.
