Wow, what a story! I was not aware of our strong stand for the Syrian People, nor the brave actions of our AmBadAssador there.

Rachel covers one damned courageous man, who has repeatedly put himself in harms way to standd up for democratic principles.

There are Diplomatic Rules for all foreign ambassadors. Any government can prevent a foreign ambassador from traveling out of a particular jurisdiction. The US government has exercised this right several times with visiting Heads of States and with Embassy Officials mostly from countries they don't like.
