Oregon teen loaded shotgun before shooting friend

A day later he changed his story and said he had loaded it. Ward is facing second-degree manslaughter charges in the death of 15-year-old Trenton Joseph "T.J." Lester. ............(more)

2. I believe this is also known as "murder." nt
A firearm doesn't "just go off." You have to pull the trigger.
