3. That can't possibly be true. How does one miss a GDP estimate by 30%?

It's more likely that GDP rate of change is "up 30% from estimates", but that's like having 0.4% growth vs 0.3% growth estimate, nothing to
really get worked up about. Those "estimates" are often off by as much as 200-300%.
