It's should do the administrative work of taking care of every citizen's health, education, housing and general well being. In other words it should take the money we pay it in the form of taxes and give us the services every single citizen deserves and needs in order to live the fullest and happiest possible.

That's what Of the People, For the People, and By the People really means. It was never Of the rich, for the rich and by the rich. As a matter of fact our Founding Fathers were quite clear about that.
