4. Look at Greece and tell me you are completely confident the kids will pay for us.
If you have that faith then you are comfortable believing a pay as you go system will guarantee you funds.

Personally I'm diversifying because you can't count on anything nowadays.

5. an adjustment to tax ceiling
makes the program financially sound and fully funded without a rate increase for 75 years. Kids will not pay for the 2.5 trillion in t-bills. It will be monetized and inflated away. There is far less monetization needed here than there was in TARP.
